Merlin Hochstetler rides next to Cinco de Majik while carefully putting a horse blanket on the colt to get the horse accustomed to the feel of horse tack. Hochstetler said he also likes working from on top of a horse because it get the young horses accustomed to seeing people higher than they are, which simulates what they will see when they are ridden.
