Skyler Tibbs digs through a pan of gravel looking for garnets at the Bitterroot Gem and Mineral Society booth. The organization is a club for rock hunters and enthusiasts and is based out of Corvallis. The group has an annual booth at Apple Days, their greatest challenge is getting young people interested in rocks.
