Allen Maki of Maki Farms in Corvallis talks with a customer about ordering beef. Maki tries to make it to the Saturday market as often as possible to take meat orders. Maki says, "we try to offer local beef at a competitive price." Orders vary from a quarter cow to the entire animal.
